Maine Guy Caught in Big Trouble: Convicted for Drug Stuff

A man from Maine was found guilty on November 30 by a federal jury in Boston for being part of a drug trafficking group that operated in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and northern California.

Jacob Parlin, 44, was convicted of two charges related to having and planning to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.

Parlin, along with nine others, was accused in December 2021. The crimes took place on March 30, 2021, in Allston, Massachusetts, and Seabrook, New Hampshire, as per court records.

Parlin is the last person to be found guilty in this case. His sentencing is set for March 7, 2024. Each charge comes with a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years, up to a life sentence in prison, supervised release for life, and a fine of up to $10 million.
