After several days, a jury has been chosen for the trial of two individuals accused of killing a Perry woman last year.
Donnell Dana, 39, and Kailie Brackett, 38, face charges for the murder of 43-year-old Kimberly Neptune.
Neptune’s brother discovered her lifeless body in her apartment.
Court documents reveal that Neptune was stabbed nearly 500 times.
Jury selection started on Tuesday and concluded on Thursday morning.
While opening statements were originally scheduled for Thursday afternoon, new undisclosed developments in the case have now shifted the start to Friday morning.
